What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I appreciate about Sync.com is it's being straightforward. The program itself is not that complicated to learn. Plus you can sync files coming from different recipients in just a few minutes. All you need to do is wait and accept the files. They also provide security measures such as additional passwords to ensure that the file will only be accessed by the right person.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it hard to create file folders using my OS with MAC. I thought that Sync.com is pretty much compatible with any software in the market, but it seems like it's not true. I had to reboot my PC a few times to make this work, which is frustrating on my end.
