Sync is a great business partner that keeps files safe. However, some things need to be enhanced.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sync.com is recommended for all kinds of computer users. Whether you are a student, a regular employee, a small or big time business owner, it is always essential to have a platform that can take good care of all your data. Sync is a lot similar to Dropbox, but it comes with better safety protocols. That is one of the reasons why I decided to apply for a subscription because I know that it's worth paying for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I could easily reach out to a Sync product expert or TSR whenever I have issues with the platform. The hotline is available only during office hours, so in cases wherein I need help in the middle of the night, I have no choice but to wait till the next day. As a paying customer, I think that I deserve real-time assistance. Also, the app's speed is slow, especially when I'm about to share photos in Jpeg format. It was explained to me that the added encryption process slows down things, but I would appreciate it if they can find a way to make things faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At first, I admit that I do not have sufficient knowledge when it comes to data encryption, how it works, and how it affects the business. Until one day, one of my employees reported to me that a batch of files that he sent to our clients was severely compromised. I was at a loss of what to do to fix things because I was very nervous that a lot of confidential data can fall into the wrong hands and compromise our company. The head advised me of our IT team to avail of a premium Sync subscription. This is to ensure that all our data are protected 24/7. Added encryption and passwords are always available that would make all employees and even clients feel safe and secure.
