I love how streamlined the system is! It's easy to use for both our team and our clients. Synup also has a great and responsive customer service! I love it!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there's a function where we can view all the reviews on bird's eye view so we could easily spot false/fake reviews, especially the negative ones that are not even from the countries we service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is an all-in-one app that really helped us save a lot of money because of its many functionalities. We also pair it with our on-page SEO services which complete the package and boost the app's performance. This is also helpful in selling our services to other potential customers.
