Managing reviews is so much easier now because of Synup's feature where we can combine all the reviews from different platforms into a single dashboard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't really help in creating our own content. I wish there is at least a content suggestion feature.

Synup is really helpful in updating and maintaining accurate information across platforms. As a result, the reputation and SEO ranking of the company significantly improves! It basically improves any company's digital presence.
