What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy tool to manage listings via api, all reviews and provide analytics around views, traffic and phone calls

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better ui but the Rollup tools have been improving very well just in the past 2 months

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Chat functionality and content assistance

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Unlike yext this is fully white labeled and I can sell it to anyone and make a lot more money as a reseller from a single platform
