What are the best aspects of this product?

Updating listing information across different platforms is made easier by Synup. We no longer have to individually update it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Synup doesn't have the ability to connect to some Facebook fields, so we have to check that manually and do some quality checks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing our directories is so much easier now. We have offices around the world that frequently change their operating hours and manually updating it can be time-consuming. It's no longer an issue now with Synup!
