Synup helps provide our clients with a clear view of our initiatives to improve their rankings. We can also combine the comments from Facebook and Google Page so that it will be easier for our clients to browse it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Google ranking results don't accurately appear on Synup. Sometimes, a listing is working well in Google, but it doesn't show in Synup.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This really helps us and our clients easily monitor their online reputation.
