What are the best aspects of this product?
It seems easy to setup. Did need a few visits with India support to get going
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They own the local citations - you or your client do not. Leave them and you lose all your investment
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
No long-term contracts so they stay on their toes
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It created the citation problems. When I left all the Google review were stopped
