What are the best aspects of this product?
We create highly technical content with a team of in-house and external writers and for us, the best feature has been the Schedule Templates which save us a ton a time from having to manually create content calendar entries. We simply specify on how much content we need for each content type(we are B2B so mostly do blogs, whitepapers) and the software takes care of automatically creating calendar entries and notifying the writers. We simply have to focus on doing research for great content ideas and not worry about notifying users, uploading images or manually publishing into WordPress. This is by far the single most productivity enhancer for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are on the TEAM plan which does not allow for custom workflows for content production. I wish that the Product team at Syptus would consider opening up this feature for smaller teams as that would give us even more repeatability in how we create content.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We are eagerly looking forward to being able to import video analytics data from YouTube, Vimeo, and Wistia into the tool. Currently, we have to import these manually.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A highly automated content production workflow which allows our Content team to focus on research of new content ideas rather than on production logistics.
