Best Utility to Download Gmail Emails

What are the best aspects of this product?

1. I like the GUI part very much as it was not so complicated like other vendors' software.
2. The diverse file saving format is the best part.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. File Uploading time can be reduced to make it a better tool in the future.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Operating system compatibility - As it supports win and Mac OS but it will be more beneficial if supports Linux OS.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our organization migrated from Gmail email client to Outlook. So we have 10000+ gmail emails to get converted to Outlook. And Sysinfotools Gmail backup wizard is the all in one tool to do this.
