What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to admit that there's not a lot of mid-market ERP solutions that can beat Syspro. One of its strengths that we appreciate is that it doesn't claim to be the single solution to a number of problems, but that it can bring together and integrate different solutions to solve those problems. I was able to give front-facing people in the company information about the backend since its API allowed for a Salesforce integration. So, we get to consolidate our customer data with transactions, campaigns and deals, which helps us a great deal in forecasting margins and budget. The good thing about it is I didn't have to learn code to make those integrations either, so I had more time to do other tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Users who are checking if Syspro is a good fit for them might find its different integrations a little daunting, especially since they aren't embedded in the main product and don't necessarily follow Syspro's standard interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Syspro has been able to provide a number of solutions to a number of problems. With Syspro, our clients have found it easier to come to decisions since they now have improved access to information. Their operations have also become more efficient.
