Ideal for client server

What are the best aspects of this product?

We installed Syspro on Windows server and everything runs smoothly. It is easy to set up as a private cloud, something that'll probably take more complex steps with more robust ERP systems. Hosting it gives us better control over network traffic and allows a seamless integration with our SQL data. Generally, we don't have any issue with Syspro in our client server.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can only take enough load, which works fine for us today as a mid-sized enterprise. Load balancing can be a bit slower than what we'd expect during peak EDI. Syspro is best for a small operation and I imagine it can get tricky if you're a multinational business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get to migrate to a full ERP after our financial spreadsheets had become too much of a mess. Syspro is easier on the budget--a small business can get it up and running. It's a good entry system for us. Since we don't see the business expanding double or triple the size in the next five years, Syspro is a long-term investment for us.
