More visibility with consolidated data

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have everything under one system. It's much faster now to plan, schedule, track, collect... when data from production are in one place. The ERP can be extended to other business units, but we're okay with just having our manufacturing unit in order.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The SRS reporting can be improved. Crystal keeps crashing during install. The option is to reinstall the Syspro client (it worked), but it's an unnecessary trouble.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our batch production is more in tune with seasonal sales and inventory. It's not perfect, but we're able to lower producer surplus and keep the production line busy and efficient. We get visibility by quickly pulling and mashing datasets on a spreadsheet to forecast production load.
