PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy and quick to receive statistics and other information on Syspro. It also allows each user to customize what and how they see information. I like how it is flexible and easy to use. Also, every module in the system share the same visual feel, this makes understanding it pretty easy. The learning curve is not steep at all.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been some issues with JAVA updates. It integrates really well with Syspro SRS system but whenever updates come up, we have to make some edits ourselves. There are times where these port updates led to more problems than fixing them. We hope that before such updates gets released, there would be more testing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Syspro to optimize and expedite our reports and other processes. Before, getting results takes a week or so. Now, with Syspro we get them in about five minutes. This is thanks to how the Syspro can integrate well with other systems and how the user interface is very easy to understand. This helps us in keeping our company relevant and profitable even when facing challenges from bigger players. We have been able to maintain leadership in our market.
