What are the best aspects of this product?

As a professional who leads a team of inventory staff, I found SYSPRO software as a great help at work. It offers several valuable capabilities and features such as an easy to use interface which made my job more seamless. I was able to search and get important inventory related information in a breeze. Various integrations are also available. But what I really like best about this system is its overall layout. It is simple yet fast and robust.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software’s new version is loaded with so many features not available in the old version. So the latter become quickly outdated. Therefore, if you really wish to get the best of the system, you need to acquire the updated one. But overall, SYPRO is a good system to have specially when you need assistance in setting everything up from the start.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get better understanding of our inventory and are able to immediately pinpoint and resolve production problems and mishaps. SYPRO gave us a complete visibility of the operation. We can now immediately determine bottlenecks and know when there is an overproduction and underproduction.
