What aspects are problematic or could work better?

PDF Restriction Remover Software Window is fixed. They could make it resizable so that it can easily be adjusted on screen.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think the best feature that they should add in PDF restriction remover is to remove lost PDF file password. But I know this is not possible because cracking PDF password is not legal.
