What are the best aspects of this product?

Clients can make reservations online at any time, even then the restaurant is closed, also they get automatic reminders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is not much negatives of this software, except tables plan of big restaurant hole could be shown more comfortably on tablets or telephones.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We started to sent online notifications with active cancellation link for our customers, so we reduced no-shows. Also we are growing our clients database, so we stay in touch with our customers by sending them emails, special offers and events.
