TalentLMS – fabulous design and support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

TalentLMS has a very short learning curve and yet provides lots of flexibility for learning activities. It is also a strong all-in-one turnkey e-learning solution. Other LMS platforms may have more features but also require additional modules. TalentLMS integrates smoothly with our choice of web-conferencing software, e-commerce provider and other vendors.
And the email-based support is surprisingly precise - the TalentLMS team provide a level of problem-solving through email I thought that only live support could provide.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The layering of headings is only one level and most of the media types need their own page so it's hard to mix and match media in a single page.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More flexibility for mixing media on a page would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were looking to start e-learning for internal audiences and existing and new external learners. The branching and branding capabilities have enabled us to segment our learning experiences to different learner audiences.
