What are the best aspects of this product?
There is no ONE best aspect. There are Several! First I have to say the Ease of Use is GREAT. Then I have to mention the Gamification aspects, huge PLUS! And Lastly, the Price is the BEST overall of the 20 LMS I looked at so far. I vote Best Value!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Work Better? Hmmm I really can't think of anything.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see a VR or AR integration

Education Motivation with Gamification!
Time to train and teach repetitive classes
Continuity of training
Uniform testing of knowledge
Certification of Understanding so that I know who knows what and who doesn't
