What are the best aspects of this product?
Gamification and lining back to linked in. The ability to create and access the marketplace. The point system and the ease of use. Also it's general funcationality
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Better ability to create different types of content. It's ok now but it's still difficult to create content from word documents or pdf.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love the ability to transfer from Word or PDF.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Getting everyone on the same page as to process and seeing their progress.

Regarding creating content from Word or PDF files, you can upload such files right away when creating a Unit instead of copying and pasting them into the editor. Hope this helps!
