What are the best aspects of this product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. The deployment process was simple and they offer good support. I have recommended Talent to others and they have had a good experience also.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Email support is timely and usually very helpful, that being said, I would like to be able to call in for support.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It is meeting all of our needs at the current moment.
