TalentLMS Grows with your Business

What are the best aspects of this product?

It delivers all the major components of a scalable learning platform and allows us to grow use as our business grows. NOT a big mammoth of an LMS before the business truly needs it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Newer functions like role-playing, rehearsal practice sessions, things like that are showing up on other platforms and TalentLMS doesn't have it. This doesn't detract my business from its use.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not much. If it isn't in the platform already, TalentLMS is either working on it for release or the feature is in the community discussion as "Ideas".

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have implemented TalentLMS in my last three roles as Education Lead because each company didn't have an LMS in place. The biggest problem solver is that I didn't have to procure it through my internal finance chains. I was able to try, buy, and decide to use on my own vs be told by non-learning professionals what was right or wrong. In each case, I was on the right side.

Yes
