What are the best aspects of this product?

We were searching for a tool that we could use for electronic policy distribution and acknowledgement by our staff and not only for trainings. We tried other solutions that offer only training options. Finally we have found TalentLMS which is intuitive and user friendly solution, we are using it for more than a year and we are signing up on the month to month plan and we look forward to use yearly plan. I like that we can customize it the way we want, we can add our brand and logo.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t have complains about the software we had some issue with MO 365 and we thought it was TalentLMS’ issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve our training and policy acknowledgement compliance problem and we are able to provide training and to show records at the same moment when someone is looking or signing the attendance.
