What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most about this product is that its customer team showed an interest in working with us and to provide us best user experience. We really had speacial requrements and they managed to include various functionality so they can meet our needs. I’m satisfied from tech support service because they are quickly to respond and always willing to help.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some people who want to create branch and become an admins over their branch and we need to manually create the branch and set them admins. They could make this process automatic and more simple. Also, I’d like to keep track of virtual seats purchased instead of keeping track over spreadsheet.
