It allows us to improve the skills management in our work. It serves as an inventory and assessment tool for our talents' profile, experience, training, and performance. For me, this is the best one in the market yet. Aside from the excellent functionality, the app itself is super easy to use. It's also affordable.

I find their customer support unreachable at times.
