What are the best aspects of this product?

Talent management is so much easier with Taleo. It takes care of everything -- from hiring to the assessment of staff performance. It also covers the creation of new posts and partly organizational management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve their search function. I also hope they make it more intuitive and easier for beginners.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's extremely helpful, especially for huge companies that have to handle a large pool of talent. We can now have all the information accessible in one place anytime because this is cloud-based.
