What are the best aspects of this product?

This software does its job well when it comes to talent sourcing and recruitment. It improves our talent management because of its features that allow us to deal with internal and external applicants -- from initial screening to training. It helps the HR department to reach its goals. It also enables the department to manage hiring information that is essential in company reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are modules available for use, but the additional ones for business have fees, and it's a bit pricey for small businesses. I'd also like to see some improvement in the features. I hope they make it more intuitive and optimized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's beneficial for us in monitoring the performance of our salespeople. It's a lot easier to do this with the app! We also found it easier to hire the right people ever since we used this.
