What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to say that the team behind Tango is extremely helpful and they put our needs as their priorities. The product is easy to use and if you have any questions or if you find the tool complicated they will work with you and help you to better understand their product and to use it to its fullest. The process is very easy, we put money in our account and then Tango sends the card that we purchased, without paying extra money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I believe that they constantly build their tool, but they still have some limitations. Also, something that I don’t like is the fact that the Tango gift cards often get lost in people’s emails because they are send from Tango not from our email address.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In the past we manually purchase and send out lot of gift-cards via emails, daily. Tango helps us to automate this process, and it offers great features that we use and that make the process even easier.
