What are the best aspects of this product?

Tango is well integrated with Amazon and many other reward based products. I’m using it often especially when paying for surveys or for some tasks online. It works like a debt-card but you don’t own physical card. All you have to do is to copy-paste the code and you have the payment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike, it’s extremely easy to use without physical card.
