What are the best aspects of this product?
Just about every Tango Card member I interacted with are responsive. They've prioritized each of our problems and looked into each one. Service was really easy to get around. They're willing to go long and far to help determine a suitable solution you want to get done. What's more, there's no added cost in utilizing the service --- no fees or whatsoever.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Since they intend to continue building on to what they're offering, they suffer from certain restrictions on what they're providing. Since e-mails with gift cards are entirely from Tango Card, they have a tendency to get easily lost in people's e-mail inbox.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before, we resorted to purchasing and sending out gift cards through e-mail every single day. For the most part, our rewards process had to be automated. There are a handful of other features that we can fully utilize to ensure the process continue to be hands-off.
