What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how they run a process (which only takes a few minutes) without worrying about fees when spreading rewards to our teams. Previously, we had delays on expense report reimbursement. At times, we get shut out for "suspicious activity" when making a purchase worth thousands of dollars. Now, this is no longer a problem.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing I hate. Although there have been instances where my e-mail server would block out sourced address from the cards. But then again, that's more of nuisance from my side.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're assisting in the creation of a fulfiling and reward-based culture. We're resolving the immediate aspects of earning rewards. We're able to do this by achieving sales goals in the form of contests that are reward-driven.
