An Efficient Tax App

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s an affordable DIY tax platform that helps us meet the filing deadline. Also, it features the online federal Form 990, which is an important form we haven’t found in other tax apps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tax software provider doesn’t add new and better features. This is while increasing their fees. They impose new basic rates for people who have dependents as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has a simple and convenient UI that allows comparing returns between the current and previous years. Moreover, it suits my W-2 jobs, especially that I don’t claim tax credits and deductions. Not to mention its reliable but paid tax consultation program too, which includes phone consultation.
