What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes tax filing easier. I only have to encode needed details on respective fields.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although somehow helpful, using this software consumes too much time. That’s primarily because of its complicated interface and sluggish app performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me file taxes through simple steps. Although, it still needs a lot of improvement for better performance.
