What are the best aspects of this product?
TeamGantt makes charting a lot easier. Reporting and sharing things to clients on available resources is fantastic. Things appear more efficient. Customer support is nothing short outstanding.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Being a freelancer, I like its "individual plan" option. Its features are superb. I'm never hindered in utilizing the platform. Since I freelance, the option of adding people is big price jump.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Program management can be difficult to do. TeamGantt easily dealt with the problem. My clients are easily up to speed. The love it as well.
