What are the best aspects of this product?
I blow hot and cold on new software, but this one impressed me. I enjoy making comprehensive plans, meeting deadlines accordingly, assigning tasks to the right people, and obviously-using automated distribution of updates among participants.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm working on a pilot project, and everything is going smooth. At this point, I can’t say anything bad about it. Something tells me I won’t do that anytime soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our projects involve multiple partners, but we manage them just fine. Everybody can see what is going on, and they all seem to approve the tool. So do I!
