Great program management for real estate businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

It organizes my work and gives me comprehensive view on my projects and access to my data. Works good with single projects too. TG charts are awesome for updates, and you can share them with third parties and capitalization partners.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Too many email reminders, users are simpy overwhelmed by them. Selecting a weekly reminder option would be much much better. Except of this, the program is fantastic, I simply enjoy using its friendly and intuitive interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Real Estate is a complex area, meaning that you have to integrate and coordinate disconnected parts in a central management piece, and make them work together. Our company needed TG charts badly, because there was no other way to involve all participants in progress and monitoring. Our documentation is gathered, accessible, and well organized, and I personally think that is the best part of this system.
