Great tool for planning projects and keeping track of time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to map more than one project across the quarter in Gantt format. Assigning tasks in these projects to members of the team. A handy functionality is its color-coded notifications whenever a team member has too many hours in one day. The pre-installed time-tracking functionality has also been a big help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's no burndown chart function that gives off the remaining hours. Although this is shown by means of a percentage bar for every project and task done. These would aggregate all to the complete percentage bar for more than one project. This happens to quite handy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using it for our quarterly planning. It helped us scatter more than one project in all days within the quarter on a granular task level. It was able to distribute the work hours of our team. No teammate would recieve more than the manageable hours daily.
