What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing tha I like with TeamGantt is being able to convert tasks into sub-groups/milestones in my big projects. This gives the chance in creating a repeated to-do list for tasks that require completion on a big project. I utilize the milestones for that "switch-flip" instance whenever I click the "Publish" button for a new blog. It keeps my manager in the loop on how the task was accomplished.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm overwhelmed by its wide range of options that me and my co-workers don't really know about. We had to go through a learning session with the rep on this one. Now several new features are being integrated into our system!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My colleageus and I often work on several projects simultaneously. When we're busy, we tend to get caught up on one and lose track of another. It makes things difficult in keeping our managers updated on the current project status. Thanks to Team Gantt, we get to assign our own and each other tasks from more than one project to ensure everything is moving like we want to.
