What are the best aspects of this product?

You use it without thinking, it just fits! Instead of figuring solutions, you just focus on project, and the program does the rest. I know how difficult it is to administer large projects, and to stay organized at the same time, that's why I recommend TeamGantt!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface doesn't allow for the typing speed we're all used to, but I think that's due to my internet connection. Besides, heavy apps are complex, nobody expects them to have the speed of light.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm honestly heaped with all sorts of projects, since I'm a freelance software developer who dreams of making his own startup. I always take more work than I can handle (my bad!), which also means working with multiple clients per day, so I really need a program that can keep me organized. Ever since I got it, I divide work in manageable units, and I'm not running around the clock to meet deadlines. Benefits? Having time for myself, finally!
