What are the best aspects of this product?

The program reminds of MS Projects, without the annoying ribbon at the top. The software intuitive interface makes my job so easy! I use it to create projects, assign roles, and follow progress. I also took advantage of the template creation option because I have many similar projects to deal with and I get confused at times. I upload documents for each task, and I love being able to add notes and to email them to concerned parties. Finally, the program is incredibly easy to use, and comes with awesome guidelines for inexperienced users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it could do everything for me, I'd just close my eyes and let it work! If you ask me, I'd suggest functions that allow time tracking from multiple roles, but I'm not even sure that one is possible. We were looking for this even in our previous products, unsuccessfully. Maybe one day!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everything my projects need is there, I don’t use any other system. It's not just about the product, it' about the participants-everybody is informed, no exceptions. The system offers more than I ever imagined.
