What are the best aspects of this product?

As a former MS project user, I was a bit suspicious about working in a more complex environment, but I never regretted it. What was supposed to be complex turned out to be even simplier, and I handle projects with no more than 5 clicks. Certain features, however, require more digging than MS Projects, but that's totally fine for the functionality you get. Finally, no, nobody paid me to do this. I love this product because it gets the job done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We use it in all departments and big groups , but nobody ever complained. My only suggestion is for them to introduce Active Directory Integration (SSO), or at least to get an ITIL certificate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Project Management from the start 'til the end. All parts, all issues, all departments.
