PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Team-up to enhance my communication with my peers and patients. I can give one on one advice through chats only. It’s easier to provide treatment to my patients without them having to go to the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not much into platforms, so I am having constant challenges in using TeamUp. I wish that it could have a better UI, so there won’t be any issues while completing my tasks. I also requested to install the group chat feature so I could quickly relay messages to my peers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It enhances my productivity and the ability to provide better services to my clients.
