PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The support staff and the product. Any online booking system has to be all things to all people and the team are constantly looking to improve. Each owner runs their business their way and to be able to offer flexibility you must seek a solution that delivers what you as the owner wants not what is being pushed or sold to you. Having looked at many other booking systems and used another system before moving to TeamUp I am very confident that we made the right decision. The support team are absolutely first rate and go more than the extra mile in helping you get started and that never stops even years down the line as I am finding.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest I am struggling to think of anything, in the years I have used it, I have suggested things that would make life easier and they happen.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Again struggling to come up with anything, their response when we were hit with COVID 19 was staggering, they were ahead of the curve in getting everything integrated for online classes and helping us bulk cancel or change bookings and packages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automation - big time. Moving 400 clients from cash,BACS, cheques etc to monthly DD was huge, they not only helped us do it but made sure we were prepared for any pain points along the way. They have so much experience in migrating people from poor booking systems and understand the problems that can arise with customers and it all makes the process so much easier. Plus the ease we can add workshops, one off classes and marketing integration to Mailchimp is a time saver too, my staff have easy access to their timetable and class registers. We have health questionnaires on every client so again easy for everyone to have the information they need in lesson planning and checking fitness levels. Reports for attendance through to payment plans - everything you need in one package. And a great price. No not the cheapest booking system but you should never ever put your reputation and business on a platform because its cheap. If you want to offer quality in your own business then partner up with others who do the same. That's why I chose Teamup and why we are still with them. They grow and so do we.
