PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

TeamWave replaced about four different "silos of information" with one solid system - offering much better organization of our data and work.

We've been on the TeamWave platform for nearly one year now and it's hard to imagine how were keep communications with our clients and employees organized before with just emails and hand written notes! TeamWave's value lies in the cross-integration of all assets, including Contacts/Companies, Deals, Tags, Notes, Calendar and Discussions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The HR app is very limited so we have to fall back on BambooHR.
However the TeamWave support staff have assured us that they will release new features in HR app soon.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better integration between CRM & Projects. Improvement in the HR app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The thing that I like best about TeamWave is that it is one place that everyone in our company can go to find information about anything. If they have questions about a specific client or company, they can find the information here.

Also because their interface is easy to use, our team members actually use it. Our previous tool had a steep learning curve and we were unable to get all team members to use it regularly.

Steep learning curve. We could not succeed in making our team use it regularly. Otherwise it was also a good product.
