
What are the best aspects of this product?
When it comes to communicating with your client, you want to make them feel as if you are speaking directly to them. One thing Templafy has been able to give us is the capacity to personalize our messages. With templates that have already been prepared by us, all our client-facing reps has to do now is to plug in the personalization variables and voila—we have made a pretty good impression on our clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If we wanted to see a report on the use of the tool, we need to contact Templafy’s team to pull the data for us. It would be nice to do this ourselves so we can monitor usage anytime.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We now have templates that can be edited and updated to personalize our messaging to our clients. This has allowed us to make an impact on our customers. It is now up to our customer service reps to add in the variables that they think will best appeal to our market.
