I can’t imagine working without this tool now!

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is now a staple in my work. I have it to thank for the efficiency I have been able to put in my tasks. Not only does it help me track my deliverables, it makes it easy to dig through previous completed projects too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is one of those tools that require verification whenever you login. As you can imagine, this can be quite time-consuming (annoying, even). The learning curve when it comes to fully understanding this tool is quite steep as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is convenient to have Microsoft tools as part of its list of integrations. Templafy has made it easy for me to regulate the look and feel of our outputs. This may not seem like such a big deal, but we value branding guidelines in our company so much.
