What are the best aspects of this product?

Because it is integrated seamlessly into Microsoft tools, Templafy instantly fires up whenever I open a document. Now I can focus more on actually getting things done, rather than worrying over the font and the format of my document.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What’s not to like about this tool? It is convenient and easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Templafy makes it easy for me to get started on the task at hand right away. I don’t have to spend so much time verifying whether I am using the correct template or not.
