What are the best aspects of this product?
My day can get fairly hectic so it's great when the system is very quick and everything is at my fingertips. I like how everything has been laid out so professionally and the feeling I get whenever I log in. It actually distresses me in some way!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm waiting for the function whereby I can forward an incident report by email directly from the system.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Finance features but I heard they are working on that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Low engagement by residents with our other system that forced them to keep coming down to the front desk for everything. Our concierge is happier because they worked directly with them during implementation to customize small details.
