What are the best aspects of this product?

Tenrox is very friendly for beginners and novices. Set up is not that difficult and time intensive. Their professional support ensures that you set everything right so that you can take full advantage of the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far I have not found anything I dislike about Tenrox. That said, I do wish it has a few more capabilities like more options to import spreadsheets and perform mass updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tenrox is quite useful for time reporting against thousands of projects. It also enabled us to be very efficient with our auditing processes.
