What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using TerraSync for about a year now, and my favorite feature is the data dictionary. It's a time saver when I restructure data and location readings offset by the rangefinder for a GIS project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Ease in setting up the TerraSync as the base will surely come as I understand the system more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves me time when collecting data that is a lot more accurate. It's also more convenient because I can integrate my data with field surveys. We're also able to more effectively capture geo coordinates and local relationships with the total station survey.
